Graduate Student Activities

To develop intellectual behavior, the program continues to develop several activities that can strengthen students' understanding of existing communication problems, foster concern for the environment, and encourage students to be able to provide responses and solutions.

Some of the efforts that have been made by the program are:

  1. Seminars
This activity aims to encourage students to be actively involved in dialoguing scientific developments and problems faced by society by involving communication scientists, public officials, or community leaders.
  2. Discussions and forums outside the classroom
This activity aims to provide a space for students to exchange ideas on actual and controversial communication issues. Some of the discussion events that have been held are the weekly discussion series "NGOPI".
  3. Distribution of research competition grants (hibah) and also involving students in research activities conducted by lecturers.
This activity aims to improve students' abilities in research and community service.
